3. Marketing Strategy

You want as many people as possible seeing your property and requestion showings. A custom crafted marketing campaign will be created for you.

4. Listing

Your property will list on the market in sync with the marketing campaign. Timing is critical and we will make sure all active buyers flock to your property when your listing is live.

5. Sale

You need an expert negotiator working hard for you to maximize sale price and offer terms. That is our strong suit, we produce incredible contracts for our happy sellers.

6. Closing

Once your offer is finalized, we’ll organize all of the detials and paperwork required to create a smooth process up to handing off the keys to your buyer.

2. Prepare

We look at pricing based on effectiveness. This is what makes us different. Whether the strategy is to create a multiple offer situation, to sell on a timeline or hit highest market value we have the tactics and expertise to deliver on your expectations.

3. Pricing

We market through our network of real estate investors, your listing will be personally sent to over 2,000 qualified buyers.

We take an analytical, data driven approach to our marketing, utilizing social media, email marketing and thoughtful ad placements to market your property.

4. Marketing

Through a walk through of your home we will make recommendations on simple adjustments and repairs that will make your property more attractive to potential buyers. Once complete, we cover the cost of professional photography to ensure first looks online are sure to impress.

5. Sale

We are negotiators. We negotiate on your behalf because as your partner, we seek the best outcome for our listing. At this phase of the buying experience you will count on us for a seamless transition.

I've purchased 2 properties through Mogul Realty now. The first was an investment property in Edmonton. Adrian and Scott helped me through the process and have a great power team of resources. The process went well and turned out to be a great cash flowing investment for me.The second property was with their Vancouver team. Eric was super helpful with finding information in a timely manner. We found an opportunity in the market and purchased our second property for well under the asking price.Overall Mogul is a great realty group with lots of resources to help you along the way. I'd recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future.
