2. Pre – Qualifying

In today’s real estate market, having your financial qualification in order is a must. We help you get there by guiding you through a conversation with your lender to get the best possible pre-approval.

3. Searching

You want to see every possible option on the market. You’ll have access to our exclusive search portal that curations and organizes all possible homes you may like and sets aside the ones you don’t. We also go out into the market to select specific properties just for you based on what we’ve learned during the consultation. The search is completely customized to you.

4. Shopping

Your shopping experience will be fun and enjoyable. We’ll take you out to see properties, tour them, get a feeling for the space. Along the way, you can count on us for expert information about the construction and condition of properties so that you know you’ll be selecting a great place

5. Offer and Negotiation

I've purchased 2 properties through Mogul Realty now. The first was an investment property in Edmonton. Adrian and Scott helped me through the process and have a great power team of resources. The process went well and turned out to be a great cash flowing investment for me.The second property was with their Vancouver team. Eric was super helpful with finding information in a timely manner. We found an opportunity in the market and purchased our second property for well under the asking price.Overall Mogul is a great realty group with lots of resources to help you along the way. I'd recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future.
